青年培訓課程
衛冬醫療參與了由香港青年協會全健綜合大樓主辦的全健經理證書課程。
衛冬醫療的醫護團隊負責教授學員與社區非藥物照護相關的理論知識及技能，如社區照顧評估、護理計劃制定、社區照顧輔導等。
此課程透過理論和實習，訓練學員成為全健經理(Wellness Manager)。學員學習連繫醫療和社區資源，以社會處方模式提供非藥物支援，如文化、藝術和運動，以預防和管理疾病，改善服務使用者的健康福祉。課程內容結合線上線下課堂、實習和督導，由醫生、心理學家等專業人士設計，培育學員成為社區健康的推動者。

In collaboration with The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups - Wellness PLUS, we co-organize outreach health screening and telemedicine courses, coordinated by doctors, with doctors and registered nurses providing the instruction. We also prepare the outreach internships, with the aim of training young people to become outreach health screening officers.
